On Local Express you can enable tips for all delivery methods so that your customers get a chance to encourage or thank the store assistants. In order to activate tips follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Operation on the left sidebar.

2. Expand the Tips menu and select the store for which you wish to configure the tips.

3. Turn the Enable Tips For Pickup switcher on, and set the % for the pickup services.
You can set a fixed percentage or you can leave it to the customer.

4. Turn the Enable Tips For Delivery switcher on, and set the % for the delivery services. You can set a fixed percentage or you can leave it to the customer.

5. Turn the Enable Tips For Shipping switcher on, and set the % for the shipping services. You can set a fixed percentage or you can leave it to the customer.

6. Once you finish activating tips, make sure to click Save Settings.

Note: Tips are always optional that's why customers can always increase or decrease the tip percentage.
