Change the collecting order of departments

Classify departments to facilitate order collection for your assistants.

To ease the process of order collection you can set the departments, so that no matter what products your customers order, your workers see them at a specific sequence upon assembling. It is advised you set this according to the departments at your physical store.

To change the collecting order follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Catalog on the left sidebar.

2. Expand the Departments and choose the store for which you wish to change the collecting order.

3. Click Change Collecting Orders button.

4. On the left, you'll see departments that are already ordered and on the right the ones that are not. The order is top-down, which means the departments at the top will be displayed first on your order list.

5. To change the order simply drag and drop the department names. Move the unsorted departments as well if needed.
