Reports explained

Learn how to create different types of reports with Local Express.

Reports are collected information with details of a particular period of time. With Local Express you can view and download different types of reports for your products, sales, orders, clients, etc...
In order to view and download reports follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Accounting on the left sidebar.

2. Proceed to Reports and select the type of report you want to view.

  • Items: The item report shows how much income each product brings, as well as how many times you've sold each product. You can also view the discounts and taxes of specific products.

  • Sales: Sales report is a record of sales activity over a particular period of time. They include data on sales volume, total delivery and pickup orders, etc...

  • Orders: With the orders report, you can view all the completed orders with details, the coupons, the amount $, etc...

  • Clients: Client reporting is the best way to build CRM for each store and improve your customer relationship. You can view and download all the clients' data. It's how you turn one-time clients into recurring clients.

  • Department Sales: The department sales report gives an overview of each department sales activities made within your store.

  • Item Sales By Date: This report filters the products bought on specific dates and gives you the result of how many products were sold in each department over a particular period of time.
